Boughanmi is a 1.94m and 126kg French tight head prop who had played for a host of lower-division sides in France before being signing for Toulon.
Mohamed is a strong ball carrying tight head prop who forced his way into the star-studded Toulon squad.
Although Boughanmi broke into the Toulon senior side with some fine cameo performance he was still unable to nail down a consistent starting position.
In 2016 Boughami decided to leave Toulon to joing La Rochelle, the move meant Boughami would mean that he would get more game time.
Having become one of La Rochelle stand out players, Boughami has been selected into the France squad ahead of the 2017 Six Nations.
Boughanmi had to wait until the tour to South Africa to make his debut as he came off the bench in Durban for his debut.
Ahead of the 2019/20 season, Boughanmi signed for Pau. In April 2021, the tighthead prop signed a deal with Lyon on a one-year deal ahead of the 2021/22 season.
