Former Exeter Chiefs youth prospect Luke Chapman was involved in an embarassing mix-up when playing for Cornish Pirates last weekend. The prop looked set to make his debut for the first team as a scrum replacement after he thought the referee had signalled a scrum. However, he was left with a red face when he ran onto the pitch, only to discover that the referee had actually signalled for a line out and that he wasn't needed.
