Challenge Cup Highlights: Stade Francais Paris v Bath Rugby

Full-time here at the Stade Jean-Bouin and what a game of rugby we have just witnessed! Stade Francais will join Gloucester in the final of this year's Challenge Cup in Edinburgh. Stade Francais initially looked to run away with it after tries on either side of half-time saw them cruise into a 12-point lead with 20 minutes to play. But momentum really sided with the visitors and a huge 10 minutes of play saw Bath run in three tries to take them seven points clear. Full credit to Stade Francais who backed their ability to run from deep and were duly rewarded when Pyle ran half the length of the pitch to touch down. But the defining moment came with 30 seconds to go, when MOTM Plisson dropped into the pocket, and slotted a 35m drop goal to take Stade back in front. The drama didn't end there as Bath were awarded a penalty in the last play of the game, but Ford couldn't find the target. Stade will have to do it all again as they advance to the final of the competition.
