Double injury blow for England and Leicester as Tom Youngs and Geoff Parling ruled out

Tom Youngs, the hooker, will miss England’s autumn internationals after
undergoing shoulder surgery yesterday while Geoff Parling, his Leicester
team-mate, is out for an indeterminate period as he recovers from a
concussion.



Both players sustained the injuries in Leicester’s record
45-0 defeat away to Bath on Saturday.

Youngs popped his
Acromioclavicular (AC) joint and will be missing for three months ruling him
out of the matches against New Zealand, South Africa, Australia and Samoa in
