Simon Amor, the England sevens coach, has revealed that he would spring at the chance to take charge of Team GB for the Rio Olympics, should he be given the nod.
Having secured Britain's place at the Games – where the sport will make its debut in 15 months' time – with his side finishing fourth in the HSBC Sevens World Series, the Cambridge University-educated Amor would be the logical choice as manager.
