HSBC Sevens World Series 2014-15: Fiji win 15th Hong Kong event after beating New Zealand in final

A dominant Fiji side were crowned winners of Hong Kong Sevens on Sunday for a record-extending 15th time, bettering defending champions New Zealand 33-19 in a final to conclude a thrilling three days of competition.

The Fijians, who leapfrogged the All Blacks 7s to go second behind South Africa in the overall table after six of nine rounds, raced to an insurmountable lead.

The All Blacks were down 21-5 at half-time after Savenaca Rawaca put two tries on the board.
