Jimmy Tupou, Jason Woodward cited for striking

Counties Manukau lock Jimmy Tupou has been cited by for allegedly striking Waikato first five-eighth Damian McKenzie during their ITM Cup match at Waikato Stadium on Sunday.

Wellington fullback Jason Woodward has also been cited for allegedly striking Canterbury winger Patrick Osborne during their Friday night match at AMI Stadium in Christchurch.

The alleged incident occurred in the 42nd minute of the first half.

Both Tupou and Woodward have been cited under law 10.
