Argentina have always been a tricky side for Ireland in past Rugby World Cups with a narrow 16-15 win back in 2003 and then in 2007 suffering a 30-15 defeat.

Ireland & Argentina both had very different campaigns in the 2007 Rugby World Cup with Argentina winning over the hearts of the neutrals with some amazing performances and the individual brilliances of Juan Martin Hernandez. While in contrast Ireland suffered an implosion with poor performances against the likes of Georgia & Namibia. 2007 has always been one to forget for Irish fans.
