Leicester Tigers have signed London Welsh back-rower Lachlan McCaffrey.
The 25-year-old was born in Sydney and has played Super 15s Rugby for the Waratahs, Western Force and the Brumbies.
He is also a former Australia Under-20s cap but is English qualified.
His arrival is expected to bring an end to the club's shopping in the forwards' pack.
