Mike Ford was pleased Bath Rugby could bounce back with a bonus-point win after an "emotional" and "draining" loss in Europe.
Bath saw off the plucky Newcastle Falcons 19-29 at Kingston Park last night, and bagged a try-scoring bonus, to leapfrog Saracens into second in the Premiership table.
It provided a part tonic for the narrow defeat to Leinster in the Champions Cup quarter-final last weekend.
"It was a very good night in terms of the outcome and five points," said head coach Ford.
"There were some good tries out there too.
"It was pretty emotional on Saturday.
