Player Movements: Ulster

Ulster's ambition has seen it make major signings ahead of their 2016/17 Pro12 season.

Below is a list of players that will take the field for Ulster, and those who have left Kingspan Stadium.

Charles Piutau (signed 1 April 2015 from Blues)

Since making his All Blacks' debut against France in 2013, Piutau has played in 14 tests, scoring four tries.

He was the top try-scorer in New Zealand's 2011 Junior World Championship-winning team, and made 36 appearances for Auckland Blues in Super Rugby.

The 24-year-old arrived at Kingspan Stadium on 1 July 2016, adding firepower to an already explosive Ulster back-line.

Rodney Ah You (signed 18 January 2016 from Connacht)

After spending 3 years in the country, Ah You earned Irish citizenship and made his debut for Ireland when he came on against Argentina in June 2014.

The 27-year-old, who can also operate on the other side of the scrum, finished the 2015/16 campaign with Connacht before moving to Kingspan Stadium this summer.

Kieran Treadwell (signed 22 January 2016 from Harlequins)

Treadwell earned four Ireland Under-18 caps in 2013 but helped England win last year's Under-20 Six Nations title.

The second row moves to the Irish province from English Premiership club Harlequins on a two-year deal.

Marcell Coetzee (signed 11 February 2016 from Sharks)

Coetzee has made over 70 appearances for the Sharks since his debut in 2011 and was named captain for their pre-season friendly against Toulouse in early February this year.

The Sharks back row, who also has earned 28 caps for the Springboks and scored six tries, moves to Belfast following the conclusion of the 2016 Super Rugby campaign.
