PROD2 Highlights: Angoulême vs Mont-de-Marsan

Soyaux Angouleme held on for a 16-13 home win over Mont-de-Marsan in round 16 of the French Pro D2. Soyaux Angouleme ran in the only try of the first half and added two penalties for a 13-0 lead at the break. An early second half Mont-de-Marsan try cut the gap to just six points, but Soyaux Angouleme responded with a penalty to make it 16-7 with around 15 minutes remaining. Mont-de-Marsan kicked two late penalties, but the come back was not to be as the hosts sealed a three point victory.
