Charles Piutau

The full back brought plenty of flare to what was a cracking fixture. The stocky back 3 player seemed to have everything in attack today proving to be a battering ram whilst also providing us with some eye catching footwork.

Piutau also managed to grab a try for his troubles running across the pitch and selling a dummy before getting over in the corner.

Iain Henderson

The big back row led from the front in an impressive display by the Ulster pack. Henderson worked hard for the full 80 offering himself as an attacking option and putting in some big hits.

Henderson's performance got him the man of the match award and got himself a try after a crossfield kick from Pienaar was plucked out of the sky by Tommy Bowe and then offloaded to Henderson running a support line.

CJ Stander

The big number 8 was a beast around the park orchestrating a beautiful rolling mall on numerous occasions. Stander brought a huge amount of physicality to the game and was a brick wall in defence protecting the Munster line and refusing to let the Tigers over.

Jaco Taute

The South African provided an eye catching performance with some big carries and managed to slice through the Tigers line on numerous occasions. Taute was rewarded for his efforts by scoring two tries and was denied his third after he was tackled off the ball  which earned Munster a penalty try.

Maro Itoje

The Golden boy of English rugby showing no signs of rustiness from his recent injury lay off that saw him miss the November International series. At the young age of 21, Itoje is contiuing to show maturity beyond his years in his game & leading by example on the pitch for Saracens week in, week out.

Itoje is becoming a master of the breakdown & becoming the oppositions nightmare constantly working to turn over balls. We are beginning to lose count of his MOTM awards now!

Sean Maitland

Sean Maitland has carried his impressive form from November in a Scottish jersey over to Sarries with ease. 2 tries for the speedster today continues his impressive recent try scoring run.

Could the winger be set for a second Lions Tour this summer?
