Shoulder injury forces Byrne to quit

Former Wales full-back Lee Byrne has retired after the Newport Gwent Dragons captain failed to recover from a shoulder injury.
Byrne, 34, helped Wales win the 2008 Grand Slam in a 46-cap career that ended at the 2011 World Cup.
He also won a British and Irish Lions cap in South Africa in 2009.
Ex-Scarlet and Osprey Byrne returned to Wales from Clermont Auvergne ahead of the 2014-15 season, but
underwent surgery in November.
