The Western Province administration should pay Vodacom Bulls captain Pierre Spies for helping raise the interest in Saturday’s Vodacom Super Rugby derby against the home team, the DHL Stormers, at Newlands.
The newspaper billboards around Cape Town emblazoned the message that Spies was predicting that the derby would be a cracker, which is a bit more than the Stormers management have managed to do in terms of selling this game.
