Stormers: Loss 'not a train-smash'

Stormers coach Allister Coetzee was disappointed with his team's showing against the Highlanders, but felt it was not a train smash.


Coetzee, speaking after the 21-39 loss in Dunedin on Saturday, said he still believes they have what it takes to win their remaining matches on their Australasian tour.


They face the Hurricanes in Wellington next, then follow the Waratahs in Sydney and the Western Force in Perth.


The loss in Dunedin marked Springbok loose forward Schalk Burger's 100th game for the Cape Town-based franchise.
