Top 3 performers - Ulster vs Clermont

The full back brought plenty of flare to what was a cracking fixture. The stocky back 3 player seemed to have everything in attack today proving to be a battering ram whilst also providing us with some eye catching footwork. Piutau also managed to grab a try for his troubles running across the pitch and selling a dummy before getting over in the corner. 

 

 

 

The big back row led from the front in an impressive display by the Ulster pack. Henderson worked hard for the full 80 offering himself as an attacking option and putting in some big hits. Henderson's performance got him the man of the match award and got himself a try after a crossfield kick from Pienaar was plucked out of the sky by Tommy Bowe and then offloaded to Henderson running a support line.

 

 

 

The slippery centre proved to be a nightmare for the Ulster defence cutting holes in them throughout the game. Fofana proved almost impossible to stop once he got going running hard sharp lines. Although he was on the loosing side he is deservingly in our top 3 performers.
