Leicester boss Richard Cockerill admitted his side lost to a superior team after Saturday's 45-0 defeat to Bath at the Rec.


Bath fly-half George Ford led the way with a 20-point haul - via three penalties, four conversions and a drop goal - and there were tries scored by Semesa Rokoduguni, Jonathan Joseph, Kyle Eastmond, Olly Woodburn and Peter Stringer as the Tigers failed to score for only the second time in Premiership history.

And to make matters worse, Leicester's replacement scrum-half David Mele was red-carded for stamping shortly before full-time.
