Haitsuka who is center/flyhalf made his Men’s Eagles Sevens debut at the 2013 Emirates Dubai Rugby Sevens and scored his first try in the tournament’s Shield Semifinal. Born in Japan the utility back is an important player for the States with his versatility and is also good from the boot and takes their kicks when called upon.
