Highlights: Ulster Rugby v Connacht

Ulster put on a clinical home display to claim a 35-3 win over Connacht in round 9 of the Pro14. Connacht opened the scoring with an early penalty, but Ulster hit back with two tries in quick succession to lead 14-3. Ulster picked up a yellow card just before halftime, but withstood an immense period of Connacht pressure thanks to some sensational defence to take an eleven point advantage into halftime. Two quick Ulster tries in the opening ten minutes of the second half took the game away from Connacht at 28-3. The hosts were in cruise control thereafter and went over for a late fifth try to seal a convincing victory.
