Fine Inisi attended Westlake Boys High School in Auckland, New Zealand and is brothers with Lotu Inisi.
Inisi represented North Harbour in the 2021 Bunnings NPC.
He was named in the Moana Pasifika squad for the 2022 Super Rugby Pacific season.
Since then, his made 22 appearances over 2 seasons (2022/2023) and scored 5 tries in the Super Rugby.
He has recently been included in Tonga's final training squad for the 2023 Rugby World Cup.
