Known for his ball-carrying skills as a player, Sebastien Chabal demonstrated his singing abilities at the Hong Kong Sevens on Friday.
Sebastien Chabal was known for his physical, hard-hitting style during his distinguished playing career, as well as his flowing locks and facial hair, of course.
However, the former France international made an impact with a microphone rather than a rugby ball on Friday, as he wowed (yes, let's go with wowed) the crowd at the Hong Kong Sevens event with his singing talents.
His song of choice? I'm Gonna Be (500 Miles) by The Proclaimers, naturally.
And while you may think Chabal - still sporting a wonderful beard - warbling a karaoke classic (yes, let's go with classic) may be a lot to get your head around, he just so happened to be dressed up as a caveman for his big performance, too.
Chabal, of course, was given the nickname 'L'Homme des Cavernes' due to his appearance on the rugby field, with the words translating into English as caveman.
The 41-year-old played in 62 Tests for Les Bleus between 2000 and 2011, including representing his country at two World Cups. At club level, he is best remembered for his time in England with Sale Sharks, while he also had spells with Bourgoin, Racing Metro and Lyon in his homeland.
As you can see from the video, we can perhaps 'proclaim' with some certainty that he made the right career choice!
