PRO14 Round 1 Highlights: Ulster vs Scarlets

Ulster left it late but defeated Scarlets 15-13 with all thee points coming through the boot of scrum-half John Cooney. Scarlets looked dangerous at times but struggled to get the ball outwide in a scrappy affair at Kingspan. Rhys Patchell scored the only try of the game inside the opening 5 minutes while yellow yards for Ed Kennedy and David Bulbring late in the second half destroyed Scarlets chances of winning the game.
