Six Nations: Gatland squad boosted by Lions quartet

Warren Gatland has received a huge boost to his squad in the shape of four British & Irish Lions returning for their trip to Dublin on Saturday.

Back-row rivals Ross Moriarty and Bath's Taulupe Faletau are fit to return. Leigh Halfpenny, who missed the England game with a foot infection, is also available alongside Dan Biggar.

Moriarty is over a shoulder problem while Faletau has recovered from a knee problem suffered on European duty for his Premiership club.

Saracens Liam Williams has featured in their last two Premiership games and George North is close to full fitness after completing 80 minutes for Northampton on the weekend.

McBryde told the Welsh Rugby Union website: "Everyone has been given the green light (to play).

"Obviously a few boys are happy they have scored at the weekend and have had some good wins.

"They are back with a spring in their steps and looking forward to Saturday.

"It is always good to have plenty to choose from. It gives a competitive edge to the squad.

"There will be a few tough calls on some individuals and we look forward to having that discussion later."
