Stuart Hogg left the field in the 16th minute after he was tackled by Peter O'Mahony after kicking the ball upfield.
The Scottish fullback looked in real pain with Ireland going on to score their opening try of the game following the incident.
That challenge from Peter O'Mahony on Hogg was very naughty. He knew exactly what he was doing and should have been penalised #SCOvIRE #6Nations2019 pic.twitter.com/t7IrRI1301

The decision from Romain Poite to allow play to continue and the lack of the TMO checking the tackle has come under some criticism.
A sensational first-half at Murrayfield, where Ireland lead 12-10 at the break.

But should Scotland have had a penalty for the injury that caused Stuart Hogg to be taken off injured?

Why haven’t they shown the hit on Hogg after chip that Led to Ireland’s first try

Just seen why as penalty... what is the point of tmo if he just doesn't review that? Surely he has the ability to just rewind the game? I can do that with my sky box......
