Ollie Smith, born on August 7, 2000, is a professional rugby union player who represents Scotland internationally and plays for the Glasgow Warriors in the United Rugby Championship. He primarily plays as a full-back but can also play at centre.

Smith has a notable family connection to Scottish rugby. He is the great-great-great-great-grandson of Eric Milroy, a war hero of World War I. Eric Milroy's family originally farmed near Stoneykirk in Wigtownshire, Scotland. The names of Eric Milroy and Marcel Burgun, another war hero, are inscribed on the Auld Alliance Trophy, which has been contested by France and Scotland since 2018 in the Six Nations tournament.

In his amateur career, Smith played youth rugby with Marr before moving to Ayr. He was part of the Strathallan School team that won the 2017-18 Scottish Rugby Schools' Cup with a convincing victory over Glenalmond College at Murrayfield.

Smith joined the Ayrshire Bulls in the Super 6 competition for the 2019-20 season. He then became a member of the Glasgow Warriors academy for the 2020-21 season and made his debut for the club against Edinburgh in the re-arranged Round 9 of the 2020-21 Pro14. He officially signed with the Glasgow Warriors after graduating from the academy on February 24, 2021.

In February 2022, Smith was called up to the Scotland squad for the 2022 Six Nations Championship. He earned his first international cap for Scotland 'A' in a match against Chile on June 25, 2022. Smith received his first full international cap for Scotland in the third test against Argentina in Santiago del Estero on July 16, 2022.
