Bracken played for Barnet Elizabethans Rugby Club as his first club. He joined Saracens aged fourteen, and progressed through the age groups and made his senior debut in the Premiership Rugby Cup against Wasps RFC in March 2022. Bracken progressed to the senior academy at Saracens, occasionally playing for the first team games. In February 2022, Bracken was called up to a England under-18 training camp, In the summer of 2022, Bracken made four appearances for the England U20 team and in 2023 he was named in the Six Nations Under 20s Championship squad. In June 2025, Bracken was called up to a training camp for the senior England squad by Steve Borthwick. Bracken who has established himself as Saracens starting scrumhalf has been called up to the England squad for their three-day camp for the upcoming Nations Championship,
