Christian studied Geography and Economics at Loughborough University whilst playing Rugby for Loughborough Students.

He then joined the Warriors Academy in 2014, featuring in both of Warriors' opening 2014/15 Greene King IPA Championship games.

In November 2013, he marked his Warriors debut with a try at Sixways after coming on as a replacement against Leicester Tigers in the LV= Cup.

Scotland-Williamson played 23 times for Warriors since joining the Club in 2014 before announcing that he would be leaving the club immediately to pursue his dream of playing in the NFL.

He signed a contract with the Pittsburgh Steelers but did not play a game for them.

In July 2021, he returned to Rugby Union after signing a deal with Harlequins.
