Lewis Robling

3rd Oct 1991 1.83m/96kg Fly Half

Lewis was a member of the Dragons Academy. He represented Wales in the Under-20 squad, debuting in the opening game of the Junior World Championship against Argentina.

His is a skilful ball player and a valuable passing and kicking option. Seen as a Centre / Fly half by the management, Lewis is beginning to force his way into the Dragons matchday squad on a more regular basis.

Lewis made his Dragons debut away at Glasgow Warriors, starting in the centre, in October 2011. He went on to appear in the first 2 rounds of LV= Cup games in October, including the last-gasp win at London Wasps.

Robling scored his first Dragons try in the 21-20 win against the Ospreys in January 2012, intercepting a pass on half way and sprinting home underneath the posts.

His second came a couple of weeks later, again at intercept, during the final Amlin Challenge Cup game at home to Prato.

In April 2014, Robling signed for English Championship club Jersey.

Lewis left Jersey Reds at the end of the 2016/17 season to join Ealing Trailfinders, where he made 15 appearances and scoring three tries.

In May 2018, Robling signed a deal with Bedford Blues.
