Harries played her way into the 2010 World Cup squad after impressing the coaching panel in the Regional Championship.
After coming on as a replacement, Lowri scored on her debut in Wales's opening World Cup pool game defeat to Australia in the 2010 World Cup.
A call to the 2017 Six Nations soon followed for the former UWIC student.
