Manuel Rass

Another product of Paarl Boys' High School, Rass made the move north to Johannesburg to study at Wits University. He signed with the Lions in 2017.

He has represented SA Schools and SA U20.

In addition to representing the SA Schools and SA U20 teams, Manny Rass has also played for the Lions in Super Rugby, the Golden Lions in the Currie Cup, and the Golden Lions XV in the Rugby Challenge.

Rass has shown himself to be a versatile player, capable of playing both centre and wing positions. He is known for his speed and agility, as well as his ability to create try-scoring opportunities for his team.

Rass has also been a standout player at the U21 level, helping the Golden Lions U21 team win the Provincial Championship in 2019. He has continued to impress at senior level, with his strong performances catching the eye of many rugby fans and experts.
