Well that is all we have time for a in game that on the basis of play over 80 minutes Clermont probably deserved. Clermont only become the third side to have picked up a win at Thomand park in European competition with Leicester and Ulster the other two sides. Clermont now level on points with Saracens at the top of pool 1. This defeat now leaves Munster with a difficult task of making it through to the knockout stages. Realistically Munster will now need a win at the Stade Marcel Michellin if they are to have any hope qualifying for the quarter finals.
