Tiarah Minns is a lock from Victoria who is also juggling life as a physiotherapist.
The talented forward had been on the cusp of Wallaroos selection for some time but suffered a serious knee injury in 2022 and missed the following season.
Minns moved to Sydney midway through the 2024 season to play with Manly and achieved a breakthrough with a Wallaroos debut in Ireland ahead of WXV 2.
She joined the Queensland Reds for the 2025 season and finished in the top three for player of the year.
Minns missed selection for the Rugby World Cup earned an international recall in 2026 before starting in matches during the Pacific Four series.
A neck issue ruled Minns out of Super Rugby Women's in 2026 but the tall forward will look to work her way back later in the international calendar.
