Tyler Offiah was born in Epsom and was a student at Wellington College before progressing
to study Politics and International Relations. Having also been coached by Will Greenwood
at school, one of his proudest rugby moments was scoring a try for the school in a first win
against Sedbergh in over a decade.
His father, former rugby league legend Martin, coached him at a young age through his
community club Ealing Trailfinders before moving into the London Irish academy. Alongside
his father, Tyler's rugby idol is Anthony Watson and in July 2024, the youngster followed in
his idol's footsteps in moving to Bath Rugby.
This season, the 18-year-old flyer has made his England U20 debut vs. Scotland before his
first U19 caps, alongside his senior bow for Bath Rugby in the Premiership Rugby Cup and
nine further appearances for the University of Bath in BUCS Super Rugby. He scored in each
of England's uncapped fixtures vs. Wales and Georgia this summer.
