Carcassonne sign Mzwanele Zito

US Carcassonne have signed Southern Kings and Griquas lock Mzwanele Zito as a medical joker until 2018.

Zito joins the side as injury cover for Cedric Guironnnet. The 28-year-old made 13 appearances for the Kings in Super Rugby and also played 69 matches in the Currie Cup.

He has been representing Griquas in the Currie Cup and will link up with his new teammates immediately
