Sam Olver to join Ealing Trailfinders from Worcester Warriors

Ealing Trailfinders have announced the signing of Sam Olver from Worcester Warriors on a two-year deal.

The 23-year-old has made 14 appearances for the Warriors this season, scoring over 60 points in his debut campaign at Sixways.

Dan Koster and Matt Evans re-sign for Cornish Pirates

Cornish Pirates confirms that both Dan Koster and Matt Evans have signed a further one-year contract for the club.

Koster, aged 26, who arrived from New Zealand last year as an experienced midfield performer.

Solomona banned for 4-weeks

In the Premiership match between Sale Sharks and Worcester Warriors on Saturday 24 March, Denny Solomona allegedly verbally abused a Worcester Warriors player. The incident occurred in the second half of the match.

Solomona contested the charge but was found guilty by the three-person independent panel. He was given a four-week suspension and is free to play again on 8 May 2018, taking into account Sale Sharks’ upcoming fixtures. Read more
