Leinster Senior Action

The Senior action continued in Leinster this weekend two weeks ahead of the start of the new Ulster Bank League season.

Once again in the Senior League Cup, the form guide was on the money.

Lansdowne scored freely at Trinity, St Mary’s were far too strong for Bective and Old Belvedere looked sharp at home to Blackrock.

 The only subplots were Old Wesley’s surprisingly strong and hugely encouraging effort at home to reigning AIL Champions Clontarf where they eventually lost 17-10 and NUIM Barnhall’s continuing good form with a free scoring win oveer Seapoint.
