Alex Wootton scored a hat-trick of tries as Connacht Rugby sealed their place in the EPCR Challenge Cup knockout stage with a 61-5 thrashing of CA Brive at The Sportsground on Saturday.
The Irish province ran in nine tries in a superlative bonus-point victory, maintaining their 100%-win record in Pool A.

John Porch, Finlay Bealham, Cathal Forde, Conor Oliver, Conor Fitzgerald and Kieran Marmion also got on the scoresheet for Connacht, Jack Carty slotting eight conversions.
Kevin Fabien – who scored twice in the reverse fixture last month – gave the visitors their only glimmer of hope when he crossedd just before half-time.
Connacht visit Newcastle Falcons in Round 4 next Saturday as they look to secure top seeding for the knockout stage, with Brive at home to Cardiff Rugby on the same day.
