Nottingham sign four from Plymouth

Championship side Nottingham Rugby have announced the signings of four players from relegated Plymouth Albion.


Back-rower Rob Langley, 23, and prop Tom Heard, 21, have both previously played for Premiership side Gloucester.


Centre Ben Woods, 24, was ever-present in Plymouth's first team this season, having

signed from Irish side Old Belvedere

in May 2013.


Former Old Albanians and Bedford Blues Academy fly-half Lawrence Rayner, 21, is also joining the Green and Whites.
