Adam Korczyk re-signs with Queensland Reds for 2019

The Queensland Reds back-row has been bolstered by flanker Adam Korczyk putting pen to paper to remain at Ballymore next season.
 
Korczyk has signed a one-year deal with Queensland and follows Samu Kerevi, Izack Rodda, JP Smith, Filipo Daugunu, Chris Feauai-Sautia, Aidan Toua and Alex Mafi, who have all re-committed to the Reds in the past month. Full story

Black Ferns squad for November Tests named

Black Ferns Head Coach Glenn Moore has called three new players into his squad to play a historic triple header Test against the USA in Chicago and two Tests against France next month.

Fiao’o Faamausili, the most-capped Black Fern (54 caps) will captain the side and Selica Winiata (33 caps) and Kendra Cocksedge (44 caps) have been named as co-vice captains. 

The squad also includes experienced loose forwards Linda Itunu (37 caps) and Aroha Savage (30 caps), along with Bay of Plenty wing Renee Wickcliffe (32 caps). Full squad


Fifita Completes Brumbies Squad

Brumbies have added young prop Vunipola Fifita to their 2019 Super Rugby squad, completing their 39-man roster for the new season which will begin on Friday 15 February against the Rebels at GIO Stadium. Full story

Maori All Blacks squad named for historic tour
 

The Maori All Blacks squad to play in the USA, Brazil and Chile for their end of year tour, has been named today.

Five players in Japan with the All Blacks will later join the Maori All Blacks tour for the South American leg. They are prop Tyrel Lomax, lock Jackson Hemopo, halfback Bryn Hall, midfielder Matt Proctor and winger Nehe Milner-Skudder. Full story
