Davies began his rugby career at Cefneithin before joining the Scarlets academy. He made his professional debut in the BKT URC against Benetton in the 2021/22 season. He has also represented Wales three times at u20 level.
On July 14 2023, Davies signed with United Rugby Championship Welsh side, Osprey's.
