Bath are on the offensive once again. An excellent read from Matt Banahan sets prop Auterac run unopposed towards the Welsh try-line. But Auterac is hauled down just short of the line.

TRY! A highly powerful rolling maul from the resulting line-out sees the Bath pack crash over the London Welsh line for the first try of the game. Henson's conversion bounces of the right upright and the scores remain at 5-0.

Excellent work on the ground turns the ball over and Bath surge upfield. Play stops with a Bath penalty just outside the Welsh 22m line.

An early penalty for London Welsh gives them a lineout on the Bath 10m line.

Gavin Henson gets us underway here!

Hello all and welcome to Ultimate Rugby's coverage of this LV Cup clash with Bath playing host to London Welsh at the Recreation Ground. Bath have dominated many of the headlines this week following the arrival of their rugby league convert Sam Burgess. Burgess, still recovering from an injury picked up in the Grand Final, will unfortunately be watching the game from the stands. With regards to Aviva Premiership performance, Bath have had an impressive opening six games of the campaign and are currently sitting in fourth. London Welsh however have had a rather disappointing start, picking up only one point from their opening six matches. Both teams will evidently be looking to grab that crucial victory.
Both sides are moments from entering the pitch so let's hope it's a cracker!
