Hi William understand your point of view just commenting on another slow start by England. If they want to beat New Zealand they must start at a faster pace and be more accurate then now. New Zealand usually finish off teams quickly.

By not committing players post tackle there is no ruck formed. No ruck = no offside line. Southern Hemisphere club teams have been doing for a while now.
