For France, this really is a must win game. Guy Noves is still trying to find his best 15, and accordingly makes a number of changes. Teddy Thomas, the exciting Racing winger, comes in on the wing, with Damien Chouly replacing the injured Louis Picamoles

Ireland name three changes to the team that drew with Wales last weekend with Dublin. The Irish pack is given a lift with the return to action of Sean O'Brien, who replaces Tommy O'Donnell. In the back line, Rob Kearney is fit again and starts at full back, while his brother Dave Kearney replaces the injured Keith Earls on the wing.
