Quins starting the game better as they go into the Dragons 22 after a penalty. Lineout Quins.

We are underway here and Karl Dickson looking to keep the tempo of the match high with a quick tapfrom a penalty.

There will be a minute silence here at the Stoop before kick-off.

Thanks for correcting it :)

Price in for Owens and fairbrother comes in for prize in the bench.

Hello and welcome to Ultimate Rugby's live coverage of the LV=Cup. Tonight the Stoop is the main focus on the eve of England's big match against New Zealand. An under strength Harlequins side take on Newport Gwent Dragons in the 2nd round of the LV=Cup. Quins narrowly lost to Saracens last week in the Cup and will look to redeem themselves tonight without the likes of Care, Brown and Robshaw. The Dragons also lost last week in the Pro 12 to Ulster but with Quins without their big players will look to upset the odds and win. Stay with us as kick-off is in just 15 minutes.
