New coaching set up to refreshen things up. Gats has done well, but they have been there too long.

gats needs to trust the youngsters..

Gats should of experimented with expansive attacking rugby 3 or 4 year ago not this season. Crash ball and warren ball was good in the beginning and the 2011 WC, but teams got use and adapted against it.
We won numerous grand slams with it, but the games changed now
