Forward pass

TRY! And what a try for Canada with Matt Evans getting on the end of a lovely backline movement and accelerating through a gap in the Italian line and sprinting for a quality finish in the corner.

Outstanding effort by Matt Evans to score in the corner. Canada play the ball wide off the line out and the full back opens his legs and shows his pace as he bursts for the corner.

Looked like a great line by the Canadian 11 for their try

Ardron makes a break from his own half but is ankle tapped to ground. Promising start to the half for Canada as Hirayama grubbers into the Italian half pinning them in their 22.

Would be interesting if Italy don't manage to get past Canada. Would make it a very easy group for Ireland and France

Good game so far? Missed most of it

We're back underway for the second half.
