What is our long term strategic plan as a rugby club - what do we want to win, what competitions do we want to win, what style of play do we wish to adopt, home grown or acquired players, English or overseas players? These questions seem to completely ignored by a board of directors that has lost grip and haven’t a clue what to do apart from sack the coach and reappoint - without any long term thinking as to what support the coach needs to succeed
