New Zealand take a 24-9 lead over Namibia into halftime. Namibia opened the scoring with an early penalty, but the All Blacks hit back with two tries to lead 10-3. Namibia kept the scoreboard ticking over, slotting two penalties to pull within a point of their more fancied opponents with 10 minutes of the half to play. New Zealand then picked up a yellow card, but despite their numerical disadvantage ran in a further two tries for a 15 point advantage at the break.
