Potgieter adjudged to have put in a swinging arm on Osborne thus preventing a try

There is a swinging arm by Potgieter and that prevented the try. Osborne would have scored if Potgieter did not swing his arm to his head.

Very harsh decision, surely it is the case that very often we have to swing our arm to be able to get it around the opponent's upper torso and therefore get sufficient hold in the opposite shoulder?!
